 | | 1. Labs 4 Home takes your privacy very seriously. All information you or your student provide will not be used or shared | | | with any other individuals; organizations; any other families involved with the lab classes, current or past; or any specific
school; ISP; or educational program you are involved with, unless the parent gives approval to Labs 4 Home to do so.

| | 2a. The information you provide labs 4 home, through the Internet, either through the user form found on the contact page | | | or through e-mail will be stored briefly on the server of the host provider, in this case "Yahoo small business services". See
"Yahoo" for their own privacy policies. The host computer (Labs 4 Home) will only store names and email address's, all other
information will be read, transferred then deleted.

| | 2b. When you visit the web site of Labs 4 Home, or any other web site for that matter, information is obtained from you, | | | just by visiting the site. Many web sites use "cookies" to serve you better when you visit that site again, by catering to your
individual interests. Labs 4 Home does not use "cookies". However some information is obtained when you visit the site, such
as your hardware configuration and software you are using for surfing the web. This information is anonymous and

| | 3. The information you provide labs 4 home by phone, e-mail, or USPS mail, (excluding name and e-mail address), will be | | | inputted into a separate, non-networked, stand alone, computer for administration purposes only. This computer is never
connected to a network or Internet connection. This information will not be shared, sold or given out to any organization or
individual, unless written consent is given by the parent.

| | 4. Occasionally, group email's, either by class or subject, will be sent to the parent and/or student with important | | | information. These e-mails will be from labs@labs4home.com and will be sent to admin@labs4home.com with a Bcc (blind
carbon copy) sent to each member in the group. (You will not see anyone else's e-mail address) The subject heading will have the
word "science" or "labs" contained within the subject. If an e-mail is sent to a particular individual's e-mail address, this will
be a single (no carbon copy) e-mail directly sent to the parent and/or student from the instructor of the science labs or the
contact parent.

| | 5. Any information, including but not Limited to any student in regard to behaviour, educational issues, academic scores, | | | will not be shared or given out to other students, parents, other individuals or any other organization, unless written consent
is provided by the parent of their particular student. A parent and/or their student can verbally or visually discuss pertinent
information directly involved with the science labs with the instructor, only, and this includes written communication as well.
Any student or their parent, can and will have access to any written records of the said student, at any time during the school
year. Any discussion with a student and/or their parent with the instructor, is available any time during the school year.

| | 6. Information that includes name, e-mail and/or phone may be provided to the "Host of the science labs". Your specific | | | information will never be posted on Labs 4 Home's web-site and will only be given out to the families that are enrolled in a lab
class at that location. Labs 4 Home is not responsible for any information given out to anyone not involved with the science
labs by the enrolled family.
